Jazz Money

Jazz Money

Jazz Money is a Wiradjuri poet and artist currently based on Gadigal land. Her practice is centred around the written word while producing works that encompass installation, digital, film and print. Jazz’s writing has been widely performed and published nationally and internationally. Her first collection how to make a basket won the David Unaipon Award and was released in September 2021 by University of Queensland Press.

Dylan Mooney

Dylan Mooney

Dylan Mooney is a Yuwi man from Mackay, Central Queensland, Torres Strait Islander man from Erub and Badu Island and a Australian born South Sea Islander. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Contemporary Australian Indigenous Art at the Queensland College of Art. Dylan’s practice includes painting, prints and drawing inspired by history, culture, family history, responding to social media and community stories.

essa may ranapiri

essa may ranapiri (Ngāti Wehi Wehi, Ngāti Raukawa, Te Arawa, Waikato-Tainui, Ngāti Pukeko, Ngāti Takatāpui, Na Guinnich) is a poet who lives on Ngāti Wairere whenua in Aotearoa. They have a great love for language, LAND BACK and hot chips. Their first book of poetry ransack (VUP) was published in 2019. Echidna is their second book published by the newly renamed Te Herenga Waka University press. They will write until they’re dead. (they/ia).

Kevin Yow Yeh

Kevin Yow Yeh

Kevin Yow Yeh is a Wakka Wakka and South Sea Islander man and current Higher Degree Research student at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), researching ways to best support First Nations peoples seeking justice and compensation from racial discrimination.

Kevin has been a Social Worker and is currently a Director of the Institute for Collaborative Race Research and also teaches Indigenous Knowledges at QUT.
